Getting so many comments but how to edit them

I was just checking Genital Warts Videos and Lasik Eye Surgery Videos to find the comments and to my surprise people liked the collection. There were like 6 comments on Breast Implant pictures (Not so surprisingly afterall) as well. It is Nice to see both Health Pictures and Health Videos doing well :)
